Born and raised to a commercial fishing family in Ketchikan, Alaska, Jill spent most of her time as a young girl on her dads’ fishing boat or beating the boys at sports. After high school her young adventures took her all over the West; living and working in cities like Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles. Jill briefly landed in Denver, Colorado where her journey to brows and wellness began. She became a manager at an Aveda Lifestyle salon that stressed the importance of wellness in our everyday lives. It was there that Jill learned how integrating self-care with the world of beauty can create the perfect balance. Although Denver was not home, she found a home in Aveda and decided to relocate and attend the Aveda Institute Portland. There she discovered her passion for the world of eyebrows and quickly became the unofficial "brow queen”. Jill continued her training to specialize in the art of eyebrows and shortly after, Arch + Arrow was born! Full brows, self-care and wellness for the everyday person, and a dash of girl power is the motivation behind her work.

"Brow Rehab" is the reshaping of eyebrows. Whether you're growing in over-tweezed brows, wanting a new shape, or looking to achieve an overall fuller brow, Brow Rehab is a time to throw away those tweezers and book consistent appointments to achieve the best results! I recommend 6-8 weeks of hair growth prior to your first appointment. Final results often take 6-12 months to achieve.
What is a Brow Lamination?
Brow lamination is essentially a "brow hair texturizing treatment”, It is a 3 step chemical process that softens the bonds of the hair in order to re-shape it into a more refined, lifted, smoother brow. The result? Perfect brushed up brows that give a fuller, more uniform and defined look.
What are the benefits of a Brow Lamination?
The main benefit of laminated brows is, of course, the look of them. When done correctly by a proffesional the brow will lay in a more aesthetically pleasing shape, with the brows looking fuller and more lifted. In addition to smoothing the hairs out, you can also re-shape the brows a little during lamination; for example raising the arch or lowering the tail to achieve your desired shape.
This treatment is non-invasive and isn't permanent, making it a great option for people who don’t want to make the commitment to a more permanent brow service.
How long does a Brow Wax appointment typically take?
Appointments typically last 30-45 minutes. Spending thoughtful thorough time with each guest is a priority.
What is a Brow Tint and how long does it last?
A semi-permanent pigment that is custom formulated to match your desired hair color. This service lasts 4-6 weeks.
Can I wear make-up to my appointments?
It is ideal to arrive make-up free for all brow appointments.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required with canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled service. No shows will result in a fee of 100% of your scheduled service.
